Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using velaoz.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on VelaOz's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be received before order dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

Limitation of Liability

VelaOz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
